Schedule
When planning your trip, please allow sufficient time for your team to arrive in Pullman and set up/assemble your project for display prior to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2008.
From Seattle. Allow about five hours driving time.
From Spokane. Allow approximately ninety minutes driving time.
We understand that some teams may need to arrive later in order to accommodate academic schedules. To make arrangements for a later arrival, please contact us (herrlingerj@wsu.edu or 509-335-0989).

Directions
Pullman is located in southeastern Washington, approximately 75 miles south of Spokane. Find out the best way to get here no matter where you are coming from.

When you arrive
Visitor Center. When you arrive in Pullman, please stop at the Washington State University Visitor Center at 225 N. Grand Avenue. There you’ll pick up your parking pass and campus map. You’ll also get directions to your residence hall and nearby parking.
Check in. Once you pass through the main entrance to campus, proceed up Stadium Way and watch for signs that say Imagine Tomorrow. Those signs will direct you to your residence hall—either Streit Hall or Regents Hall—where you will officially check in.

Parking. Parking is free for registered participants and advisors. When you check in at the Visitor Center, you will be directed to the most convenient parking.

Room and board
Once students and their advisors arrive in Pullman, all food and housing costs are covered. The University will provide a Friday evening meal and accommodations, three Saturday meals and accommodations, and Sunday breakfast.
Packing checklist

Things to bring
Clothing:
- Professional-looking clothing suitable for the competition presentation and awards ceremony
- Comfortable, casual clothing, including a light jacket or sweatshirt, for walking around campus
- Comfortable shoes for walking around campus
Additional necessities:
- Notebook and pen(s) and/or pencil(s)
- Alarm clock
- Personal items (toiletries, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, etc.)
- Prescription medicine and/or over-the counter medications you may need
- Coat hangers
- Phone card or cell phone
Optional items:
- Swim suit and bag to carry it back and forth to the recreation center
- Bath towel
- Refillable water bottle
- Spending money for incidentals and any purchases you would like to make at the campus bookstore
- Inexpensive camera
- Healthy snacks

Things provided
- Sheets
- Blanket
- Pillow and pillowcase
- One very small towel and a washcloth
- Meals (Friday night dinner through Sunday breakfast)
- A great time!

The security of personal items is your responsibility. DO NOT bring items of high value. Imagine Tomorrow and/or Washington State University are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please leave valuable items at home!

Please do NOT bring the following:
- CD and/or DVD players, I-Pods, MP3 players, radios, stereos, or other electronics equipment not needed for the competition
- Expensive jewelry or any sort of valuables
- Weapons, including knives (strictly prohibited)
- Skateboards and rollerblades (not allowed)
