Once you’ve registered, our experts are happy to offer guidance as you develop your project or presentation.

Code of conduct
for contacting experts
By requesting to contact Imagine Tomorrow experts, I (as a student competitor or advisor) agree to follow all of the following guidelines associated with participation in the competition.
- I will contact Imagine Tomorrow experts by e-mail and only follow up by phone or in person with each respective expert’s consent.
- If phone calls are exchanged, I agree to call only during normal business hours and avoid repeated calls out of respect for the expert’s schedule and privacy.
- If an in-person meeting with the expert is scheduled, I will ensure that the team advisor is present or that a parent of one of the students is present. I will meet only during normal business hours, either at the expert’s workplace or at a supervised school location. I will ensure that any necessary permission forms are completed. I will arrange appropriate transportation and will not accept transportation to the designated meeting site from the expert.
- I will discontinue contact with any Imagine Tomorrow expert upon request.
