Imagine Tomorrow

Event Registration

Registration Checklist

To register for Imagine Tomorrow 2009, you will need the following:

  • Team member names. We’ll also need birthdates and contact information (home and e-mail addresses and phone numbers) for each.
  • An adult advisor. Each team must have an adult advisor. This person will be the sole point of contact for communication between competition organizers and your team.
  • Challenge category. Tell us which challenge you plan to address.
  • Project title and description. Please provide a short abstract (150 words or less) of your project.
  • Presentation format. Tell us if you’ll present your project using a poster, computer, Web site, DVD, model, work of art, or other media. You’ll also need to indicate any special display needs: extra space, Internet access, etc.
  • Chaperone names. You’ll need adult chaperones to accompany your team to the event. If your team includes both male and female students, you must bring both male and female chaperones.

Your commitment—and ours. When you register, you commit to attending Imagine Tomorrow—and the competition also makes a commitment to you. We commit to providing room and board for you and your team, reserving you a space in the competition hall, and providing tour guides and other resources for your visit. If you register now and later find that you need to change or cancel your registration, please let us know at once so that we may plan accordingly. Thank you.

Forms

After you register online, each student participant and adult advisor/chaperone attending the competition will need to complete a set of forms, due April 20, 2009.

You must deliver your completed forms in order to compete.
