The Stationary Solution to a Moving Issue

Electricity is the viaduct to the future; however, our dependency on gas remains a tether to the past. We investigated the issue of electric vehicles. The actual automobile design does not seem to be a problem. The current infrastructure lacks the fluidity required for long distance or in-city driving. People have to either bring a plug or carefully count the miles before running out of power. The solution is a compact charging station designed to withstand the elements while providing on-street electricity quickly and efficiently through the specially designed ports. In fact, the station can be installed in any area that has a power grid, reducing the amount of consumed fossil fuels, decreasing the carbon footprint, and increasing the practicality of owning an electric car. The result would be catalytic on the world market, setting the standard for efficient and clean transportation.
