Today's Technology To Drive a New Dawn on Geothermal Energy
Imagine a tomorrow where we have a constant, clean, and reliable energy source to power the world, an energy source that can be found and utilized anywhere in the world. This energy source may be geothermal. This project focuses on technology. We will research geothermal energy as a fuel source as an answer to our energy needs. Research has shown that geothermal energy is more reliable, cleaner, emits less CO2, is less expensive, and will improve our economy. Energy from a geothermal power plant could be used, through the process of electrolysis, to extract hydrogen from water to power fuel cells. Sources will include the Internet, books, experts in the field, and other articles. The information and knowledge gained will be used to construct a model of a geothermal power plant. We will attempt to show that geothermal energy is a more stable energy source than our current fuel sources.
