Soaring into the Future: Next Generation Aircraft
We aim to design a plane that is the most fuel efficient on the market and also that is visually and physically pleasing to the passengers. We will utilize engineering software and testing software to design our plane. A scale model will be constructed using the software. The plane will not only be fuel-efficient but also visually and technologically state of the art. We will attempt to fly the plane on hydrogen or other alternative fuels to increase its viability. The fuel-efficiency will be optimized on a business class jet. Through this optimization airlines will save money on oil and the customers will save money on airline tickets. We hope to improve the economy of our nation by reducing travel costs and by increasing the number of people willing to travel. We also hope to improve people’s attitudes towards flying by improving their experience.
