Important dates
November 1: Registration and preregistration open
Know you want to compete but don’t have all the details you need to fully register? Your team may preregister--provide basic information to reserve your spot in the competition.
January 31 (or when 200 teams have signed up): Preregistration closes
A waiting list will be established to accommodate teams that preregister or register after the first 200 teams have reserved space.
March 1: Registration closes
Pre-registered teams MUST provide complete information in the online registration form by 5:00 p.m. on this date.
April 10: Last day to change registration profiles
No changes to students, teams, project information, or challenge categories will be accepted after this date.
April 15: Forms due
